What is the target date for filing Form C?

Hi William! Wefunder has suggested we finish all our filings when we hit 50k in the raise (this is when we are able to access the funds). We are also looking to bring on a technical co-founder in the near future which will greatly improve how we use the funds and change our equity shares. If you have any questions in before that comes out, happy to answer!

I like the mission DTC farm market. My questions is on the business side. How much cut do you take and do you have revenue now? After all, you're doing a revenue share loan.

Hi LD, check out the revenue model section. It shows our revenue so far. We take 10% of the transaction (2% from the farmer and 8% consumer.) We are also exploring subscription options on both sides as well to create multiple revenue sources.

Hi Paul, Delivery is within a certain mile radius that the farmer themselves delivers the product. Shipping is when it's handed off to a carrier like USPS or Fedex. Once the investment is repaid that is the end of the investment.Let us know if you have any other questions!

How will this make money and what are you doing to expand to include all types of farmers? I'm someone who is immensely passionate about supporting local farms and purchasing my food from them. Yet, there are several farms in the state of Georgia from which I purchase that are...

Hi Earl, great question! Yes, we intend to work on many collaborative opportunities in the space at the federal, state, and local level. Farms need to opt in to the platform to use it and we are currently working on upgrades that will make that even more effortless to farms that they can get the benefits of the platform without additional admin time.
