We anticipate needing to raise around $700K to get through the Beta Phase where we aim to produce sample materials. Once the full proof of commercial production capabilities is complete then we believe this milestone will help with raising the funds for Phase One. For Phase One we currently estimate that the Company will need about $14M to get into a revenue phase that can generate approximately $9M per year or 120,000 wafers per year. We are continuing to raise the funds needed to produce sample wafers on our production grade equipment. We estimate that we need approximately $700K for this phase. We cannot say exactly what the ROI is, but in 5 years we would like to have completed Phase 2 of production and be manufacturing 90 wafers per hour or $32M per year in revenue.
