Love your product and very interested in investing...couple of questions. Before a brand acquisition takes place, will you be sharing any profits with investors? And, what can investors expect as a potential timeline for a brand acquisition to take place?

Micah - great questions. In terms of profit sharing, we will most likely invest profits back into growing the brand (investing in sales & marketing, developing new markets/product lines etc). For timeline, there are a lot of variables that would impact this, but we'd say likely at least another 3-4 years. Thanks Andrew, much appreciated. As of now, we are planning on running this campaign through April. In terms of participation rights, that would be dependent on the SPV lead raising a fund and choosing to invest in the next round.
