Hi, I already invested - your team is so strong, this technology so well-timed, and this presentation so well done I had to jump in. I may do more but I have questions first: 1. What is your moat - IP that you have now, IP you are pursuing, proprietary knowledge, etc., and how...

1. Our IP includes, compression algorithms for movement data, servers configured for storing, indexing and retrieving movement data and unique compute shaders that let us render high quality 3D graphics on phones. Thanks to our conversation I decided to move hastens our patenting, we will be submitting a patent pending application by the end of the July with the help of patent attorney Graham Pechenik (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gpechenik/). He saw me speaking at a conference and loves what ...

How does this compare to SnapChat offerings? Also, the android app link does not work.

Great question, both Snapchat and tiktok have come out with filters that interact with your body and movement but both these companies are focusing on video as a media. What ever you create gets flattened into 2D and then sent or shared. Meu creations stay in 3D and remain interactive by using our 3D movement data channels that none of these companies have created. You can catch your friend's kisses or actually dance with them in 3D. I've also rechecked our android link and it is working: htt...

Hi Sarah, I have a Oculus Quest. Though admittedly don’t use it that much. Does MEU work with Oculus Quest yet? Thanks, Kevin

Yes our custom built shaders work really well on the quest giving us beautiful trippy graphic. To use on the quest you need to download the side quest app first:SideQuest: https://sidequestvr.com/#/app/327We are in constant negotiation with Oculus around getting into the main Quest store.

It sounds like you will not be patenting your work?

Actually, after talking to Dr. Alan Jacobson who has now come on as our lead investor we decided to move hastens our patenting, we will be submitting a patent pending application by the end of the month with the help of patent attorney Graham Pechenik (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gpechenik/). He saw me speaking at a conference and loves what we are doing so is giving us a massive discount! :)

Do you intend to pay a dividend (post-SAFE conversion)?

As we grow we will continue to have an in depth connection with our investors to understand what they want. When we start accruing revenue there are different options of revenue share/dividends that we would like to explore. Our goal is to align the incentives and well being of both our users and our investors to create a healthy company.
