Hey Jason. Thanks for that question. It's a great one. First, PuffCuff is one of the only hair styling tools proudly made in the United States, if not the only one. Initially, I was pressured to manufacture overseas, but I refused because of how exposed brands can be. Next, I have three US patents on the PuffCuff: a design patent and a utility patent, with a third design patent for a new version of the PuffCuff that we want to bring to market in Q4 of this year with the help of this campaign....

The cost per share depends on the valuation at the time of another raise or acquisition. The valuation cap now is $7 million. We want to get to a minimum $25 million valuation to sell. An investor would make around a 3x return. $250 turns into $893 dollars at that time. The $25M evaluation could happen before 5/6 years.
