The UEFA Intelligence Centre estimates that more than 6,500 players worldwide are registered with clubs belonging to a cross-investment structure.

Founder Dennis Lukens was living his dream as an expat soccer coach in Ukraine, leading the growth of the sport he loved. But that all changed when the Russian invasion forced him into a harrowing exile, escaping the war with his family amid the chaos.

Leveraging four decades of expertise in identifying and developing elite soccer talent, Dennis hatched an ambitious plan - to build a multi-national network of professional soccer clubs that could serve as a pipeline for the next generation of international superstars.

With his renowned player evaluation skills and roster of experienced scouts, Dennis aims to transform unheralded players into polished professionals, give them a chance to prove themselves, and ultimately sell their contracts to top-flight clubs for massive profit.

Player Development Experience & Success

Our team has 80+ years of experience in player development at the highest levels in domestic and international professional soccer.

Our Vice President, Jamie Fullerton, played for Crystal Palace in the English Premier League and is currently the Director of Emerging Talent for Crystal Palace.

The Director of our Caribbean Operation, Earl Jean, coached the top club in the TT Pro League (W Connection), and is considered one of the greatest players in the history of Saint Lucia.

Our Youth Director, Artem Vyderko, has experience as the Assistant Youth Director of Shakhtar Donetsk and the Director of Youth Development at Odessa Chernomorets in the Ukraine Premiere League. Most recently, he was the Deputy CEO and Head of Youth Development of PAFOS FC.
