Lori Beck Owner/Founder of The Grales, a multi-concept food and beverage campus located in Louisville's Original Highlands since 2010. The campus features Holy Grale (beer bar & restaurant), Gralehaus (brunch café & inn), Bar Grale (wine bar & bottle shop), and the soon-to-open Grale Goods (bakery and café), Club Grale (inn expansion), and Gralelaties (pilates studio). Lori holds a Fine Arts degree and a Master’s in Critical & Curatorial Studies. She is a certified Cicerone, a natural wine enthusiast, a Pilates instructor, and a globe-trotter always in search of beauty, inspiration, and the world’s finest food and drink. “As an entrepreneur and longtime fan of Please & Thank You, I’m thrilled to invest and can’t imagine why anyone would pass up this opportunity.
