The share price for early bird investors is $6 so you would get 33.33 shares. We do not anticipate paying a dividend any time soon. Your return would likely come in the form of increased share value over time. Then if we sell all or part of the company in the future you would see your return through the sale of your shares. If we do get to profitability and we are not growing rapidly we could pay a dividend as well.

Hello Brett! The roadmap for exit is roughly 5 years give or take a couple of years. Exit could look like us selling the entire company or taking a large investment from a big strategic company that buys out all of the smaller investors. Aimee yes there are 2 different classes of units. All of our co-founders and previous investors have common units including those in the Reg D raise although we may be converting them to preferred which would leave just the founders with common units. We currently have 754,691 units of common outstanding. We have authorized 177,381 units of preferred for the Reg CF raise. We have an additional 167,000 units authorized for the Red D raise. I love the concept and there is a big need for this product. What can stop another company from taking your recipes for themselves?

There is no such thing as patents on recipes. You can not protect a product recipe aside from keeping it secret. The time that it takes to make our product and the specialized equipment would make it very hard for a typical bread manufacturer to steal the recipe and start making it.
