You are pre-revenue now from what I can see, can you share (at a very high level) what you see the revenue model being?

David, Thank you for your question. Overplay projects a healthy mix of revenue streams. From our own platform, we’ll generate revenue from advertising and in-app purchases. In addition, we also forecast revenue from 3rd party partners and brands using our API to integrate Overplay into their platforms.

seems Overplay was formed 4-5 years ages and still pre-revenue? Wondering if there was a pivot or something that resulted in a delayed product launch?

We were established a few years ago to begin securing patents, which were granted. We raised our pre-seed in 2021 from which we built our team and our alpha. We have been hitting all of our milestones are on schedule to launch later this year.
