I see the investment is for a convertible note at a rate of 6% w/a term date of 18 months. Am I correct in assuming that any investment through wefunder will automatically convert into preferred stock upon closing or?

Once we raise our equity round (mid 2022) this will convert to equity and most likely preferred stock! Hi Robert! Thanks so much for the question! Yes- a thriving wage is extremely important to us. I would actually argue that at the beginning, the cost is a bit higher as our revenues begin to grow. However, in the long run, this investment in our team and partners will pay dividends in retention and innovation. The biggest lack of innovation coming from the coffee industry is caused by the lack of retention of team members finding no career path which leads to zero innovation inside the coffee...
