Once we raise our equity round (mid 2022) this will convert to equity and most likely preferred stock! Hi Robert! Thanks so much for the question! Yes- a thriving wage is extremely important to us. I would actually argue that at the beginning, the cost is a bit higher as our revenues begin to grow. However, in the long run, this investment in our team and partners will pay dividends in retention and innovation.
