How much effort are you putting into online ready-to-sous-vide food sales? Do you see any real potential in this revenue stream? E.g. grocery deliver prepackaged for sous vide cooking.

Thanks for the question Ben! We are already in private beta for our food delivery program with BiRite eat.nomiku.com. Of our sample size people that reorder food typically spend $93 dollars a week. If 15K people on the app (those are just the ones with Nomikus, anybody with a sous vide can join the largest sous vide community Tender) spend $10 a day on food we make 54MM in revenue annually.

Have you applied for or got any patents for Nomiku in the USA? How about in any other countries? How do you plan to protect your intellectual property going forward?

Yes we've applied for a few patents and are trademarked internationally.

How does the nomiku compare to the anova culinary precision cooker. At first glance they seem to be very similar products. Also is sous vide cooking too technical for the general public? There seems to be a concern with undercooking food items and possible botulism? Thanks!
