The founder had a family member that died from a brain injury. He studied and did research and development for years to develop the evidence based Neuro-Augmented Integrative Therapies we deploy to help our patients. Our patients get better faster due to our unique, drug free, non-invasive, methodologies and therapies

NeuroHealth Solutions, Inc.

                        NEURO HEALTH & WELLNESS
Optimize the Mind! Activate the Body! Improve Quality of Life!

NeuroHealth Solutions (NHS) offers forward-thinking, managed health and wellness plans that can mitigate symptoms of known neurological disorders, facilitate recovery and rehabilitation, as well as enhance human performance, improve longevity and sustain active daily living. We have a health and wellness plan for clients that are seeking their peak brain and central nervous system performance or are suffering from traumatic brain injuries, stroke risks, stroke symptoms, migraine headaches, and other neurological disorders. Applying state-of-the-art integration of neuroscience technology, NHS has developed proprietary systems and unique, drug free, non-invasive, methodology with unlimited market potential.

NHS is ready to take off! We have developed and market tested our products and services over the last 11 years. We experienced significant growth and doubled our revenue from 2017 to 2018. We held to a small increase in 2019 as we are near capacity, for our existing staff.  2019 marked our third profitable year. In anticipation of continued growth, we have already expanded our physical capacity such that we are only operating at approximately 10% of our capacity. 2020 has been challenged by the Corona Virus Pandemic. We have continued to keep our doors open for patients that would be harmed by an interruption in their care plan. We have also continued to pay our employees. We have used this time to develop an additional, Health and Wellness Plan business model. This new business model will allow us to utilize social media for marketing and broadens our potential market to anyone over the age of 25 years. Now that the "Stay at Home Order" has expired and activity is returning we are ramping up revenues to make up for lost time and expect 2021 to be our fourth profitable year.  We require the capital for an aggressive marketing campaign to grow into our existing capacity while continuing to hire and train professional staff and stabilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Care Management System (CMS) for future scalability and continued growth.

NeuroHealth Solutions, Inc. (NHS) is the culmination of over 11 years of research and development, more than $5,000,000 invested in development costs and equipment, and more than 50,000 hours of professional staff work. NHS is a national provider listed on the NPI Registry (NPI #: 1104212885) and is the Managing Member of a subsidiary operational clinic, PRS NeuroHealth Solutions, LLC which is also listed on the NPI Registry (NPI #: 1972980522). NHS utilizes proprietary protocols and has a provisional patent for Advanced Simulation Therapy #61915360 which is delivered to the consumer through services provided at PRS NeuroHealth Solutions – Scottsdale.

The Problem

In everyday life, we become a product of our environment. As we age, our brain, body, and nervous system are tasked and dysregulation occurs.

For a patient with a diagnosed brain injury, while the symptoms and problems associated with Traumatic Brain Injuries and concussions are well- known and accepted within the medical community and general population, diagnoses of their initial severity and determination of their longevity have been only moderately accurate in the past because of mostly qualitative assessment techniques. Also, traditional treatment and training protocols have often extended the recovery time and / or limited the degree of recovery. The implications of all the above are that there are significant risks associated with pre-mature return to work or normal daily activities, significant loss of productivity due to slow recovery time, and significant risks to mortality due to less-than-full-recovery over time.

Additionally, in 2019 184 million people belonged to at least one health club or studio. These people all place value on exercising their bodies but unfortunately, have had no way to exercise their brain, the most important organ in their body.

What We Sell, The Solution

NHS serves as a biological and physiological human performance research and development incubator with unparalleled capabilities compared to traditional allopathic medicine techniques and the current health care model.

Whether a client has a diagnosed condition or simply desires to optimize their brain health to achieve their peak performance, NeuroHealth Solutions offers managed Health & Wellness Plans that can mitigate symptoms of known neurologic disorders, facilitate recovery and rehabilitation, as well as enhance human performance,  improve longevity and sustain active daily living.

NHS offers forward-thinking solutions for people suffering from traumatic brain injuries, stroke risks, stroke symptoms and other neurological disorders. Applying state-of-the-art integration of neuroscience technology, NHS has developed proprietary systems and unique methodology with unlimited market potential. The work of a team of researchers has been strategically implemented to establish Advanced Simulation Therapy™ progression protocols (“AST Matrix™”). AST Matrix™ is a multi-dimensional, non-invasive, and non-pharmacological alternative that utilizes multiple modalities to optimize neuro-oscillatory frequencies of the brain and CNS with an augmented and integrative neuro-optimization training approach including neurofeedback and biofeedback techniques and advance simulation equipment. Acute stress response regimens include associative and dis-associative cognitive tasking, associative and dis-associative active tactile feedback, and comprehensive measures of neurological and physiological fitness, all of which work to accelerate recovery and rehabilitation for people suffering from a traumatic brain injury and other neurological disorders. Because AST Matrix™ technology and methodology are not available from any other source, NHS is the only company in the world providing these specific products and services and utilizes an exclusive model for delivery to the market.

Beginning in 2014, NHS developed and began implementing, on a private-pay basis, its proprietary technology to revolutionize the diagnosis of, care for, and on-going assessment of TBIs / concussions. The result of this work is that NHS has a provisional patent for Advanced Simulation Therapy #61915360 and a proprietary method of business utilizing Acquired Brain Injury NeuroTechnologies to deliver Acute Outpatient/Inpatient NeuroCognitive Rehabilitation Services in the form of Med/Legal Assessments and Remediation Services, significantly mitigating all the associated risks, enhancing health status and lowering mortality risks of individuals and mitigating financial and social risks for employers and other fiduciaries. More details on the NHS technology and its value model for assessing and providing care for TBIs are available upon request.

The Launch: NHS Acquired Brain Injury Neuro-Rehabilitation

NeuroHealth Solutions (NHS, Inc.) has spent two decades working to develop technology and methodology to help patients with brain injuries recover. In March of 2017 it was clear that our revenue model was successful and subsequently NHS launched a comprehensive cognitive rehabilitation therapy program for patients that are suffering from an acquired brain injury. NHS Acquired Brain Injury NeuroTechnologies (ABINT) has exclusive licensing, proprietary methodology and trade secrets to deliver on its mission to improve the lives of people that suffered a brain injury in the multi-billion dollar personal injury market by using a proprietary system to analyze, assess and rehabilitate brain injury by means of a “Neuro Fitness Assessment (NFA)”, providing an unparalleled ability to measure the damage and guide treatment options. The NFA provides the guidance needed for clinical staff to create individualized therapy programs for patients that significantly improve short and long-term quality of life and remediate the acquired brain injury chronic disease process with both quantitative and qualitative clinical evidence based proprietary protocols that are scientifically validated.

With the March 2017 launch of our flagship TBI severity and recovery services business for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), NHS Acquired Brain Injury Neuro-Rehabilitation Technologies delivers a full-service intensive cognitive rehabilitation model for individuals that have suffered from head injuries with compensation coming primarily through claims settlements with property casualty and workers compensation insurance companies. In less than two years, with no marketing efforts or outside capital infusion to drive new business, this proprietary business model has generated over $2,300,000 in 2019 and $2,250,000 and $1,066,000 in 2018 and 2017 billings respectively while operating at less than 10% capacity utilization. This represents 215% revenue growth from 2017.

NHS has numerous revenue models including traumatic brain injuries, stroke risks, stroke symptoms and other neurological disorders. The Proprietary Medical Legal Traumatic Brain Injury model, alone, employs 131,979 people, with $285 billion paid in auto insurance premiums with 8,701 insurance companies and 56,605 personal injury law firms with an annual growth rate of 1.4%. Approximately $35 billion of the $285 billion is paid out in claims, leaving a balance of $250 billion of unpaid insurance premiums that are retained by the insurance companies. Of the claims paid 55%-65% or $19 to $22 billion are head injuries.

In March 2017, the Company launched a comprehensive cognitive rehabilitation therapy diagnosis program for patients that are suffering from an ABI. Named the NHS Acquired Brain Injury NeuroTechnologies (“ABINT”), it uses a proprietary system to analyze, assess and rehabilitate those who have experienced an ABI by means of a “Neuro Fitness Assessment” (“NFA”), providing an exclusive quantitative and qualitative assessment process for people to measure the neurological damage and implement proprietary protocols and methodologies to guide treatment options
