Hi Josh. Thank you for the questions. We will be raising a series A in May 2022 timeframe. We will be closing this campaign just after the 1st of the year. NETZRO's addressible market of the $46.7B is $8B. This captures the spent grain byproducts. There is more opportunity in eggshell upcycling and even though we have been selling one upcycled ingredient under this verticle there is more R&D work to be done on commercializing upcycled collagen (eggshell membrane) which is underway. The patent is important but we have a substantial trade secret portfolio. There are technologies that are readily available for small scale processing of organics to a dried matter for composting.
