What is meant by the statements "______ is a part-time officer. As such, it is likely that the company will not make the same progress as it would if that were not the case."? Is it implying that these individuals will no longer be officers after the funding?

Hey Chadd, sorry about the delay, I actually answered this the other day and it must not have saved...By no means does this statement mean that people will not be officers after the fund raise. As part of a risk disclosure for the SEC, we must make some statements about part time officers as well as key founders / employee participation in the business. I am unable to find a description of how I can sell an investment if the company does not go public.

The investment offered is a Convertible Note, a copy of which is included in the SEC Form C, part of our Wefunder information available to you on this site (see "Other Disclosures" below). The Company does not have to become a public company in order for the Note to convert to ownership units. There is no public market for the Note itself. The conversion and other terms are included in the Note document.

Have you guys tried selling your product in California?

Hey Rafael, we are actually selling in a few outlets in Southern California now: All Bottlecraft stores in San Diego and North County; Holiday Wine Cellars in Escondido; and Great Society Cider and Mead in Long Beach. We'll be at Tap'd Ventura in a few weeks as well. We are looking for a distribution partner for Q1 or Q2 2019 launch.
