Médina’s R&D plan empowers small businesses with an iOS app and Tesla Optimus bots, trained on minimal data via OpenAI/Grok API. Spanning 18 months (April 2025–September 2026), we’ll execute three lab-based Work Packages (WP's). WP1 (4 months) establishes the platform by selecting AI providers, configuring APIs, coding bot HTTP requests, parsing JSON responses, and prototyping Optimus bots for app/store use. WP2 (5 months) optimizes behavior, collecting business data e.g., emails, cleaning it, fine-tuning bots with transfer learning and reinforcement learning to eliminate flaws like disobedience, and testing personalized outputs. WP3 (9 months) validates the solution integrating drone delivery systems with customer-mindset AI, running lab tests, 93% accuracy, less than 2s response using simulated scenarios, and optimizing for global scaling with BTC payments and 3D geo-maps. Success metrics include accuracy, latency, and scalability, ensuring feasibility for Phase II real-world trials.
