We Bring a Clear Roadmap for our U.S. Expansion
We aim to replicate and scale our success from the UAE in the U.S. market. The first Micro-School will open in Palo Alto, California, a prime location with 11,800 children aged 0-14 and a median household income of $184,000. What follows are Micro-Schools in Los Angeles, Austin, and other high-income urban centers from Arizona, Texas and Florida.
Over five years, our roadmap includes opening at least 10 Micro-Schools, with a targeted student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1 to 6:1, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional outcomes.
We want to take our existing Masterminds educational programs, add a new technology layer and launch a series of Micro-Schools in the U.S.

In our recent survey conducted with 140 respondents living in affluent areas of Santa Clara County, we found that 95% had an annual household income of more than $400,000. In these households, 90% of children attended private schools.
Our survey also confirms that our approach to education, namely personalized – engaging – adaptive learning in a small class setting is very important for parents when they choose a school for their child/ren.
Our proprietary Engagement Monitoring and Adaptive Curriculum System (EMACS) uses AI to track student engagement in real time, enabling personalized adjustments that optimize learning outcomes. Combined with small class sizes and our holistic curriculum, we offer a superior education tailored to meet the needs of ambitious families.
Our Marketing Plan Focuses on Three Pillars: Online Presence, School Events and the Local Community
Crowdfunding is One Important Part of Our Fundraising Effort
To execute this ambitious expansion, we are seeking $12.6 million in total funding, allocated as follows: $6.2 million to develop and launch four Micro-Schools, $3 million to consolidate proprietary assets from our Dubai operations into the U.S. entity, $1.1 million for a robust marketing campaign, $450,000 to develop the next generation edtech platform, $250,000 for our EMACS development, and $1.5 million for operational expenses and new hires.
We Expect to Break Even by 2027
Masterminds is a transformative educational model that merges academic excellence with cutting-edge technology and individualized learning. By 2029, we expect to have built a profitable, scalable network of schools, a standalone edtech platform with broad applications, as well as an extremely valuable pool of analyzed data from the EMACS.
Additional revenues are forecasted from our franchising initiative where we plan on licensing our educational model and providing access to EMACS to other private and public schools.
