Question, if I buy in before the public launch with a shareholder privilege amount, does that then translate into stock? Are you doing an IPO?

Dear Karpathia, What is being offered here is stock in the company at $1.22 per share. The public launch is the lag until Wefunder puts the offering on their main page. We are aiming for an IPO as a liquidity event for our investors in 24-36 months. But of course there is still much to do before we can realize that event and there is no guarantee we will succeed. The only assurance we can offer is that we will work very hard to achieve it.
