The same is true if we need to oversubscribe, it’s a larger amount the company will pay out, likely resulting in taking more time. Hi Manny, The remaining $500k is available through WeFunder, but the max raise will be $900k or less. The 90% preferred return of profits to investors remains consistent until investors are paid back 1.5 times their original investment.
