Owners will benefit from profit share and if there were ever a liquidity event, you would be paid out as an owner of the company. As we grow, so will the valuation of your shares!

Is it only a one time payment?

Hi Susan. You can invest once and ff you choose to invest more while we still have available spots, you can choose to invest again. If you are asking if your account will be charged multiple times, no it won't. You decide how much you invest at the time of your investment.

Ariana, when you mention filing with the SEC does that mean the company will be publicly traded? Also, what kind of stock will be held when someone invests?

Hi Francisco! Great question. No, the company will not be publicly traded. Regulation Crowdfunding enables eligible companies to offer and sell securities through crowdfunding as long as the transactions take place online through a SEC-registered intermediary like WeFunder. We are required to disclose this information in filings with the SEC.

At what amount will the reserved shares be sold out?

Hi Isabel. Our initial goal was $250K, but we are allowing additional reservations. We don't have a cap at this time, but that can change in the future.
