We are a C-Corp so there will be no K-1s or tax liability for you until we have a liquidity event (acquisition or ipo) in which case you would have a capital gains tax liability on the amount of appreciation.

How can you insure that plants grown in the Lettuce Grow plant stand a nutritionally equivalent to those grown in regenerative microbial rich soil?
