Whether we can pull that off depends on many things outside our control and some within it. The ESOP before this raise holds 5.80% of company stock on a fully diluted basis. It will hold 4.31% of the Company if both the Wefunder and Reg D raises both hit goal and Left Hand acquires the last piece of real estate that we operate on. Our ESOP is a contributory ESOP, meaning the Company contributes stock to the ESOP trust based upon Company financial performance each year. I am the trustee and vote the shares of the ESOP.
