Great question! Our goal is to return to the time we were maxed out and having to add capacity like the glory days of the early to mid 2010’s. Whether we can pull that off depends on many things outside our control and some within it. We are inviting other companies to join us to increase our volume and help them improve margin while we keep our focus on making great beer that has a reason to exist. The ESOP before this raise holds 5.80% of company stock on a fully diluted basis. It will hold 4.31% of the Company if both the Wefunder and Reg D raises both hit goal and Left Hand acquires the last piece of real estate that we operate on. Our ESOP is a contributory ESOP, meaning the Company contributes stock to the ESOP trust based upon Company financial performance each year. I am the trustee and vote the shares of the ESOP.
