Hi Eric, We run our own manufacturing plant in Northern California, Colfax CA. It’s a small city surrounding Sacramento. We support regenerative farms with donations and the ingredients we currently source that are from regenerative farms is maple syrup, kefir (raw farms), and olive oil. I really like the idea of investing in a company I can believe in, but I'm new to this and want to make sure I understand. If I were to invest let's say $1k and Kram does very well. Do I get that money back I invested plus some interest? Or do I only get stocks in the company ...

Hi Edna, Yes, if KRAM does well and decides to either go public, sell the company, or buy you out then you will make money on top of what you invested. Say you invested 1K at a 4M valuation and we decided to sell at 40M valuation then your 1K could be worth 10K. If we go public then your equity will get transferred into stock. What's the exit/IPO/M&A plan? At a 4M cap, I'm guessing a 15M-20M exit if a sell is your option.

An 80M-100M exit would be comfortable for us but our “shoot for the stars” goal would be a 250M exit. Our exit strategy is to build KRAM to be a legacy brand and to be attractive enough that a major food company would acquire us. Hey Derek! What do you mean by product placement? 70% of the stores we audited had KRAM at eye level. We’ve run into expired product on shelves recently and this is something we are actively working on. I have talked to the sprouts category manager and our distributor to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Here's a dumb question is there a roadmap for how you're going to tackle the sporting world for partnerships to increase brand visibility? I am a rower interested in investing and see the value of this in such domains or is it that retail is the only target?

Hi Dan, We are actively acquiring partnerships with sporting events and sporting brands. We will be sponsoring and providing product to athletic events to increase our brand awareness and increase our customer base.
