Thanks for the great question! We've practiced and proven scalability (with drivers) across regions and states. Due to our honed ability to replicate our model in new areas, scaling has not proven to be a problem, nor do we anticipate that it will be. We currently are carefully and thoroughly modeled out to 1000 active drivers per city per day, but that is easily increasable. HSD and almost all similar companies are B2B (they almost exclusively focus on building their business with schools) and struggled with B2C scaling, which is where we’ve succeeded well.
