According to projections the pay back should occur by year 3. That being said, there is not a set maturity date as the revenue share continues until pay back is achieved. It should be no later than year 5. There are some ROI figures in the deck based on when payback is achieved. At 5 years the ROI is 15%. At 3 years it is 25%.
