However, for the sake of this raise you can assume approximately a $12.5M valuation and investments via WeFunder will be given a 20% discount. Hi Mario. Our margin dropped from 2020 to 2021 as a result of expanding our sales distribution channels. By design, wholesale will impact our average margin, but provides a key opportunity for brand awareness and customer acquisition. Increasing our volume to fulfill these channels, will also contribute positively to margin as we've negotiated better pricing at the source with our manufacturing partner.
