We wanted a super simple way to send and receive tangible items to people we care about. Sending a simple bottle of wine or flowers was actually complicated. People felt uncomfortable giving out their address. Also, items were often lost in the process. We wanted to make this process as easy as ordering an Uber or sending a Venmo to someone.
