Our Founder

5 Years in the Making:

Genesis is redefining the $114B marine industry on all levels. Designed for riders, by riders, we are proud to introduce the first ever, hybrid wake surf boat and the innovation is clear in every detail.   From it’s incredible trident motor technology, to the intuitive, AI driven-fully integrated Genesis command center, boat lovers will immediately notice nothing on the Genesis has been overlooked.

Our team did not stop there.  Even the service plan for the Genesis 24 is tailored to deliver a premium experience.  When the boat needs service, the Genesis app will notify and help you set up a mobile appointment from one of our trained techs.  They will come directly to you, service your boat quickly and professionally, getting you back on the water with less stress, hassle and expense. This technology could potentially be licensed and/or utilized across multiple industries.

At the core of the Genesis 24 is the Trident Hybrid Powertrain providing a staggering improvement in fuel efficiency.

Outperforming all other 24' wakesurf boats with 530HP directly to the prop.

Our Gen X Hull and Laminar X Surf System work in concert to deliver the perfect 4ft high by 22ft wide wave.  The innovation continues inside the cockpit where the captain takes control in the Genesis Command Center, the most intuitive, fully integrated wake surf control ever created.  Be on the water all day, with the perfect wave - Genesis 24.

At Genesis, our passion and drive to deliver the ultimate boating experience does not stop with the boat itself. As lifelong marine enthusiasts, we understand the day to day challenges boat owners can face and have taken them head on. The result is a complete overhaul of the traditional method in which a client buys, designs, and services their vessel. Our direct to consumer sales model delivers a more personalized experience and ultimately a better value than the competition.

The Genesis 24 team is making steady progress on the first prototype and it is expected to hit the water in late October. Not only will the capital raised in this round fund the prototype Genesis 24's completion but also kick off the USA wide demo tour. To date, there are over 75 potential customers signed up to demo the boat and experience the full Genesis experience first hand.

The engineers at Genesis were selectively chosen to bring the design to life.

The Genesis 24 has already been featured in the Boating Magazine

Financing from Wefunder will be used to complete production on the Genesis 24 prototype (Fall 2024) and kickoff a demo tour starting with prominent target market areas. Currently there over 75 potential customers that have signed up for a demo with minimal marketing to date.

The initial sales target for 2025 is to sell 50 Genesis 24 boats (~$10m in revenue) and by 2028 to build/sell 600 units, representing revenue of +$120m at a target EBIDTA of +30%. For reference, this represents less than 3% of powerboat retail sales in 2023.

Future projections only

Genesis owns a 15 acre site in San Antonio, Texas that has been specifically selected to build a large scale production facility to achieve future plans. This facility will be state of the art and be designed to handle Genesis, B2B and OEM production opportunities.

The Genesis 24 prototype is almost complete, preorder revenue has begun generating and we are on schedule to begin the demo tour this Fall.
