After creating a profile and verifying their identity - it takes less than 5 minutes to become a part owner of a professionally managed vacation rental property that is earning them cash and appreciation. They receive every benefit of being an owner including tax incentives, cash flow, appreciation, leverage, and diversification with minimal effort and maximum value.

The Fundhomes.com investment portal is a proprietary platform that enables these property investors to research, invest, track, and receive payouts using best in class integrations and industry leading partners.

The Market

Fundhomes is operating in the massive US Vacation Rental and Hotel market, providing almost endless growth opportunities for our WeFunder investor community as well as our direct investor customers.

We are already operating in the massive US vacation rental and hotel market, but have started strategically planning for international offerings as well as expansions into the long-term rental markets and commercial real estate opportunities.

Our Business Model

Fundhomes earns money in 3 key ways:

• Acquisition Fees: Our 10% acquisition fee is a markup on the purchase price of the property that generates money for the parent company in order to cover the administrative costs of finding, buying, and setting up the property as well as profit.
• Property Management: Our ongoing property management fee is an industry low 20% for the revenue generated by the properties on behalf of property investors. This is recurring revenue that will scale with the growth of our portfolio, and that is variable to incentivize property investors and promote returns on our properties. The better we do for our property investors, the better we do for ourselves!
• Asset Management: The Asset Management fee is a standard industry fee applied to the total equity value of the portfolio in order to incentivize the management company to maximize the value for property investors. This low fee is applied quarterly, and will generate more and more revenue as our portfolio grows.

Projected Growth

Using your investment as well as reinvesting the substantial revenue from our property acquisitions - we are confident we can grow into a multi-billion dollar portfolio of vacation rental properties and other high performing real estate assets that allow us to generate substantial returns on behalf of Fundhomes WeFunder investors. We have various strategies to complete this - including buying predeveloped portfolios, developing multi-unit projects, and allowing for a direct offering of vacation rental units to our property investors from current owners.

Our Progress

The Platform

In less than 1 year we've gone from brainstorming names to a top of the line investment portal, deployed 3 properties, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from private property investors. We have built partnerships and integrations with the biggest names in the industry, and are ready to flip the switch to accept public property investors once the SEC gives us the final green light.

The Properties

This year we have acquired 3 amazing properties in the Florida and Seattle markets that have been performing above expectations for our property investors. Within about 6 months of acquisition, our two first properties we identified using our proprietary analysis model and experience maximizing value are on track to achieve over 10% annualized returns during one of the largest recessions in the last 10 years. On top of that, our newest property Sirius achieved over $16,000 in it's first month, and is since on track to offer an incredible 16% cash dividends to it's property investors.

The Performance

In the last 6 months we have exceeded our 2022 revenue goal, and generated an average of $48,456.28 per property. This is above our projected range, and we will continue to improve our profitability a well as the scale of property acquisitions. This year we plan on acquiring dozens more properties with the help of our WeFunder investor community to generate our goal of $3.23M in revenue for 2023.
