Hi, what were your Q1 sales this year and what do you expect for each of the next 3 quarters? How would selling through online retailers like Amazon work for your frozen food products?

Hi Grant! Thanks for your question. Our Q1 sales were $9K. We expect to be at $24K in Q2 and $480K in Q3 with the full roll out of our new retailer chain. We believe we will then be able to double Q3 revenue in Q4. Selling through Amazon will require working with a third party fulfillment center given their refrigerated/frozen limitations.

Hi, do you all plan on remaining an LLC for tax purposes, and if so, does the SAFE convert into common or preferred membership units? Also, do you all anticipate becoming profitable in the near future?

Hi Lucas! Thank you for your question. Our intent is to convert to a C-Corp at a later stage, and prior to taking institutional capital. We do anticipate becoming profitable within the next year.
