In general, technology companies are not dividend paying until they get to a much larger size and are public traded. We will definitely consider a dividend when we are public.

Thanks for your kind words LaFoy. You have expressed much of what others have said. Recently, the CEO of another language Training Company, said to me: "I hope you realize you are changing the world of language learning forever." Yes- Form C will tell you more but this in 2017 we did 40 K and in 2018 we did 180K. BUT this is an important note. We have ONLY SOLD to native Spanish speakers thus far. . . .the more lucrative markets are in China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Russia, etc...
