We saw a huge increase in demand this season due to the pandemic; people are eager to get out of the city and view an airy tent as a safer lodging option than a traditional hotel room. While our occupancy has always been strong, we saw a huge bump this year from 69% in 2019 to 94% this season 2020. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions! Cheers.

The primary factors that led us to abandon our Sullivan County project were related to the permitting process and site infrastructure complications.
