I've had a few of you reach out after my last message, so let me clear something up right away: if you've already invested in Caribbean Water Technologies, your investment is secure and nothing has changed. you're part of this company's ownership story, and you don't need to do anything.

My last note went out broadly, and I realize it read as if I were inviting people to join for the first time. For those of you who are already with us, that's not the message. Here's what I actually meant.

We're opening a new round for one reason: expansion. The company has outgrown where it was. We're in thirty-six retail stores and eight hotels, moving into the Cayman Islands and Jamaica, with twelve to fourteen more markets ahead — and getting into those markets takes capital. That's what this round funds.

For those of you who already are part of this, that means one thing: the chance to increase your position before we scale into those markets. Not a fix, not a do-over — an opportunity to put more behind a company you already believed in, at the stage right before the growth you helped make possible.

You don't have to. Your current stake stands on its own. But if you've been watching us execute and wishing you'd gone in bigger the first time, this is the moment that question comes back around.
