Hello all! We are still in a good place to open before the end of August. The delay has been largely due to our building went into the seismic retrofit construction in January when we were originally told that it would be in 2024!

Of course the Omicron played a huge impact in the beginning of their work being delayed. As our contractor finished the preliminary demo, they've found a few scary conditions that the previous tenant has neglected to take care of.

We found out that the load bearing column in the middle of the bar area was rotten and not attached to the ground, and also the sprinklers were installed incorrectly that needs to be redone >_<

After all we are happy to be going into a safer building, and also happy for the residents above us that their homes are now safer!

We will update as soon as our main construction starts, hopefully this month!
