Currently an investor in 12 Start-Up's, has one exit from a Unicorn (Palantir) and many investments in 1st title loans.

We believe Start-Ups commercializing university based intellectual property are a better bet than backing the general Start-Up population because (a) 8% of all university Start-Ups go public in comparison to a "going public rate" of only 0.07 % for other U.S. enterprises, a 114x difference in the rate of IPO exits. (b) 68% of university Start-Ups created between 1980 and 2000 remained in business in 2001, while non-university startups experienced a 90% failure rate over the same period.
