For 25 years, your Curtiss 2.0 team concentrated exclusively on luxury two-wheeled motoring. The result, based upon internal combustion technology, could not be achieved. Too much shunt, vibration, maintenance, heat and size obscured the effort.

Taking what we learned from those 25 years, we've applied what we believe to be the finest electric power train technology ever. The result, according to renowned motoring journalist, Alan Cathcart, "can become an iconic means of electric transportation."


Leadership.

When we were given the glorious opportunity to restore Curtiss, that meant we were formed to lead.

An organic approach is the only way to achieve an honest result. Every motorcycle ever created, until now, has been a power train packaged within a bicycle.

The Curtiss 1 begins life when the drive shaft penetrates its motor, growing organically from the inside-out.

Curtiss was awarded utility patent no. 11,634,191 for this superior way to create an electric motorcycle.

Over 23 examples of Alpha and Beta prototypes have been built, disassembled, undergone numerous phases of extensive iterative design and development validation refinements and then rebuilt.

The result is balanced, proportionate, harmonious beauty handcrafted to the highest level of fit and finish that rides like it looks.

The 130 sets of proprietary parts we have in-house are as perfect as possible (think Rolls-Royce quality, fit & finish).

Upon capital injection of $1.5M, Curtiss will immediately initiate final assembly of the first 130 examples of The Curtiss 1.

Curtiss Stands Alone | Our 33+ years of experience creating and selling motorcycles at the very top of the market informs us that pure luxury motoring on two-wheels is only possible with the application of battery electric technology.

In this category, there is currently no one else.

Perfectly Timed | Yahoo Finance reports that the “world’s richest have never been so wealthy,” with the number of high net worth individuals at an all-time high. Rolls-Royce and Ferrari are reporting record sales and record margins.

Smallest Viable Audience (To Begin) | Our team has exclusively sold more $100,000+ motorcycles than any other.

To date, there are an estimated 4,000 high net worth and ultra high net worth owners and/or former owners of our previous motorcycles.

We begin by selling the first 130 Curtiss 1’s to the deca- and centi-millionaire audiences, which include our pre-existing clientele.

Growth Vectors.

Brand Offerings Roadmap | Formed to be a collaborative, Curtiss will establish strategic partnerships in order to extend its luxury brand offerings and awareness.

This extension of our brand, beyond our luxury motorcycle offerings, will include (but won’t be limited to) luxury apparel offerings, lifestyle goods and accessories, racing-inspired apparel and other experiential brand offerings.

Motorcycle Offerings Roadmap | Much like Elon Musk’s “Master Plan” for Tesla, Curtiss begins at the very top of the market, targeting the smallest viable audience.

Final assembly of 1 motorcycle per week is scheduled to begin October 1, 2024, earning sustainable growing net cash flow. From there, Curtiss will work its way down the market, always offering a pure luxury experience at evermore accessible price points.

CMOT Valuation | Long term (~2050), Curtiss (CMOT) seeks to earn a sustainable 10x earnings valuation, similar to Ferrari (RACE), powered by its luxury-exclusive margins, rivaling Ferrari’s enviable ~50% gross margins.

Short term, as the leading electric motorcycle growth stock and the first to earn a profit, CMOT believes it can defend a valuation of 100x EBITDA and 50x EBITDA in 2026 and 2030, respectively.
