Hi David, I uninstalled the original AtYourGate app, then downloaded the new app from the Google store. I set up my account and then entered AtYourGate as the promo code. Once everything was set up, there was no credit in my account. When I closed my app, and then launched it again, it began the whole set up process again, starting with requesting my email, etc. Any thoughts? Possibly other Android users will have the same issue.
