Hello. Great Idea but what about high debt ratio? Is there a plan to get rid of short term debt?

Hi there and thank you for asking this important question. All of the short-term debt is made up of personal loans that I have made to the Company over the years. (I am the CEO.) They are low-interest, and I have the right to convert them to equity. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Peter, and thanks for this great question. Yes, a third of our revenue comes from events such as CODAsummit. The spring conferences are smaller and topic focused, but our larger fall conference typically has 300-350 registrants, possibly 400 this year in San Jose (Oct. 4-6). But the majority of our revenue comes in the form of sponsorships - this year: Panasonic, Barco, Epson, SNA Displays and Adobe. Please let me know if you have other questions!
