We calculate our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by dividing the total expenditure on ads within a given month by the number of customers who converted during that month. Hi Wael, Thank you for your question and interest in our campaign. We determined our next round's valuation after we had already put in the SEC application for the campaign which is why it's not included in the SAFE. The valuation cap post SAFE conversion will be $5M. I hope that helps. We would love to have you on board.
