THE TEAM

Chay Spirits is led by Chase and Jon Glick — a father-and-son team who built this brand from a deeply personal place and are scaling it with serious commercial intent.

Chase Glick is the founder of Chay Spirits and the creative and operational force behind the brand. After losing over 150 pounds, Chase identified a gap no one had solved: a spirits brand with the clean ingredients the modern consumer demands and the bold flavor they refuse to give up. He's not saying Chay Spirits is healthy, he's saying everyone can pronounce the ingredients used.

Chase brings 10+ years of experience in product innovation, brand development, and consumer marketing that began while he was still in college. His experience includes bringing licensed products from Marvel and major entertainment, and consumer products brands such as BodyBoom, Kamoji, Hollywood Glamour, RediHot, Rubella A.B, Biolenda, Familiar, Kimberly-Clark, and Cottonelle to shelves at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons, and Walgreens nationally. His vision guided Chay Spirits from concept to 450+ retail locations and 44 states in under 3 years.

Jon Glick — Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer:

Jon Glick’s 30 plus year career spans nearly every facet of the licensing and entertainment ecosystem. He brokered and managed high-impact licensing deals with some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands and studios including Universal Studios, Dreamworks, FOX, Marvel, WWE and Hasbro. In addition, Jon has a successfully proven track record working with and selling all major FDM accounts including: Walmart, Costco, Target, Walgreens and CVS as well as servicing multiple domestic and international distributors Jon is now expertly growing Chay Spirits.

Jon built the business infrastructure. With decades of experience brokering high-value deals with iconic global brands, Jon brings the distribution relationships, investor network, and scaling expertise that takes a great product national.

Supporting them is a sales and distribution team with a combined 100+ years of experience in beverage alcohol — including veterans from RNDC, National Wine & Spirits, and major national distributors across Texas, Michigan, Kentucky, and beyond.
