Since 2014, Boxgreen has pioneered plant-based soy and vegetable chips in Singapore.

We make delicious plant-based chips and create meaningful job opportunities for those who have experienced barriers to employment. Our workplace practices have helped individuals thrive not just in the workplace but in life. We are proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work and a President's Challenge finalist. Over 5 million snacks have been sold and we are ready to bring them to the US.

HOW IT STARTED

Andrew and Walter, having graduated from college in the US embarked on a transformative journey from corporate bankers to social entrepreneurship with the creation of BoxGreen. United by a shared passion for social justice and an active involvement as a personal assistant to a student with cerebral palsy during their college days, they envisioned a business that could serve as a force for good.

Andrew & Walter had no professional food experience but had a strong passion to find a source of plant-based ingredients fairly while giving back to the community in a more sustainable way.

Thus, Boxgreen was born—a B-Corp snack brand that transcends the traditional business model by integrating social responsibility with sustainable practices. By sourcing sustainably from farms in Asia to working with individuals who are incarcerated and with disability to create delicious and tasty snacks, Boxgreen stands as a testament to their belief that success is measured not by financial gain but by the positive change one can bring to the community and the planet.
