A platform like Barstool Social™ is far overdue so we're here to pave the way! Our founder was looking for something similar to this after moving to a new city and decided to make it happen herself!

Introducing: Barstool Social™, a mobile app to find local happy hours, dining deals & live entertainment.

We are currently covering the Fort Lauderdale area with approx 450 business listings in the app providing information on: happy hours, daily deals, in the business offers, BYOB offers, military and 1st responder discounts, brunch deals, ladies nights, live music, karaoke, bingo, comedy shows, open mic, trivia, drag & more!

We have 10,000 local users on the app and we haven't marketed to tourists yet. So our growth potential is HUGE once we have some marketing dollars to play with!

We have a completely redesigned, custom coded app freshly launched. This new version provides a gigantic upgrade in user experience, new monetization and better analytics to increase business performance.

Future app functions include social pages for friends to share bookmarked businesses or events, chats to share pics from nights out together, a calendar with special events & fundraisers plus a meetup portal to be matched with a happy hour partner.

With most people trying to save money after being financially hurt just going to the grocery store, their social lives are suffering. Statistics show they are still looking to go out but they are looking for happy hours and more affordable options. The search isn't easy and it's mainly the restaurants with the highest advertising budgets that get found on the searches.

Barstool Social™ puts all this information in one place making it easier for consumers to find the deals & entertainment plus gives them so much more information than they could imagine was available locally!

Time and time again we have seen bar patrons with a note created in their phone listing known happy hours that they like to frequent. They no longer have to seek the info and updates themselves.

Target corporate advertisers include beverage brands, transportation services & restaurant groups.

Partnered businesses pay 10% commission on revenue brought in to their establishments via promotions listed in the app. This gives them an opportunity to advertise at no up-front cost to the business. They are able to provide 5% commission if they agree to a cross-promotion.

We launched the Broward Brew Pass last year as a craft beer coupon booklet, but we've pivoted it to be for espresso martinis this year. We plan on continuing this digitally inside the new app, launching other versions as trends appear and will repeat this in new territories. This is another way for restaurants to advertise at no up-front cost to the business.

The VIP subscription will be offered as a free trial before joining. This will give access to exclusive events and app functions.

Barstool Social is an affiliate for special events, attractions & retailers which provides commission on tickets and product sales for additional revenue.

Projecting a minimum of $158k monthly profit in just our first territory, we plan on growing that and repeating in every new territory covered with plans to expand every quarter.

We are doing this with or without help! However, we sure can grow a lot faster and with a lot less stress if we have the proper team and sufficient marketing behind it! That's where funding comes in to help... Looking to raise $500,000 this round. This will be a SAFE note on a $5M valuation cap & 20% discount. Early investors up to $100k get better terms with a $4.5M valuation cap & 20% discount.

We believe Barstool Social™ is a combination of Yelp & TripAdvisor & RetailMeNot. Yelp is a $2.2B company while TripAdvisor is a $1.8B company and RetailMeNot is worth $620M. So we genuinely believe with enough funding for marketing we can grow this to be worth hundreds of millions in the years to come.

The founder, Rebecca, has been in the food & beverage industry for 23 years which makes Barstool Social™ a genuine passion project. Heather has been assisting with a multitude of tasks and brings valuable experience from her professional career. She is ready to join Barstool Social™ full time when business finances allow. Nicole joined the team part time digitally by assisting with remote tasks and has been a valuable asset.
