Hi Justin, the K-1 for the SPV was submitted to WeFunder on Saturday, March 4th. We're just waiting for them to process it.

Hi Dillon, June-September was an incredibly difficult time for us and the restaurant industry as a whole. The past few months have been profitable, but we're still playing catchup from a very poor summer. We're currently putting all of the numbers together for our annual report, so we should have some more precise info soon. The good news is that we are seeing a very strong improvement year over year.

It's been 6 months since the close of the funding. No investor update yet. Can you share anything? Did our money just vanish?

Hi Ethan! Sorry we're a bit behind on the 6 month update. We just completed our first month of business, so things have been a bit hectic. The opening was later than expected due to some delays with the city and permitting. With that said, the opening has been going well and business has been steadily growing in that time. We'll also be using our mailing list more often in the future as we come up with new programming and events.

I am curious. Is the return of 13% per year increase year after year? If it doesn’t increase anything, the actual purchasing value of the return $ will be affected by inflation.

This restaurant is a new and unique concept, so it's very difficult to forecast performance year to year, along with growth. We certainly hope to increase revenue year after year. As our product costs increase with inflation, prices and profits should increase as well leading to a larger annual return to keep pace with inflation.
