If I invest, do a receive a convertible note. If the answer is yes, what is a convertible note? Then if the company does well and goes public, does the note turn into stock shares in the company? Please explain what happens to the cash I invest if the company is successful.

Hi Lucy! A convertible note is simply an agreement to take an investment and convert that cash into shares of the company at a later, agreed upon date. If we were to go public, you would already own shares of the company beforehand because your convertible note would convert your cash into shares well before the public would be able to buy them on the stock exchange.

Hi James! Yes -- since the airing of the morning show, we've gone on to sell out our production runs 2x! We are currently gearing up for a major appearance which should accelerate even more online sales and are currently in discussion with one of the largest US retail chains. Hi Karolina! Currently we do a quarterly update to investors and would include the WeFunder participants as part of that. We have one annual board meeting as well, and many of those details would be shared with investors at large as well (this usually happens in May). Since we are in fundraising mode right now, the most in depth update will come in Q1 2025 once we have closed on an amount of fundraising.
