Great question Jeffrey. I am the inventor of the patent and others that are pending. They are owned by another Company I am closely involved with and am President of. For strategic reasons and to protect the IP it was done that way. Zyppah has an exclusive, worldwide license for the IP, and everything I invent or have invented. In order to generate $13m in sales, how much was spent on high-dollar advertising?

Around $7 million. When one thinks of a brand leader in the multi-billion Snoring & Sleep industry, there isn't one. Zyppah's goal is to be THE brand. Just like Kleenex is for facial tissues, Band-Aids are for Adhesive strips, etc. Zyppah is already quickly becoming a Household name and will increase its advertising to make it even stronger.

How many share will be outstanding once this round of funding is complete?
