I'm an stock investor with Legion M through Start Engine. What is We Funder and why is it a separate investment?

Do "Contributing Producer" and "Co-Executive Producer" level investors receive Producer level revenue split or do all investment levels get the same 33%? Also, in the contract, "customary" is misspelled as "custimary".

Thanks for the question (and for pointing out the typo!). The answer is no -- even if you get a title with the word "Producer" in it, you are still defined as an Investor in the contract. The Producers are defined as William Shatner, Legion M, and Exhibit A. Sorry if this caused any confusion, and thank you for pointing it out.

Am I able to use another person's name in the credits? Or can I only use my own name?

That should be fine if you want to use the name of a loved one -- the only exception would be the named credits (i.e. Co-executive producer, etc). But in the Financier sections, that would be fine.

When I told my brother about this fun thing, he asked if he has to be an investor in Legion M before he can invest in the Shatner doc, or if he can just go straight to the doc and invest. I've invested in both but couldn't answer his question.

You don't need to be an investor in Legion M to invest in the documentary. Or vice versa. They are completely independent of each other.
