Hi Leonardo, we are halfway through building a 1/4 scale test track in the US. We decided on revenue share for a number of reasons including that we expect to have significant revenue quite a few years before we have significant profits - thus investors will get a quicker return. In addition, this way the rate is fixed and not dependent on a  startup valuation process.If it does take 5 years to turn $200 into $1,000 that is about a 50% annual rate of return. Not too bad huh?

Hi, Andrew – We have an investor who we have known for quite some time. This investor wanted to substantially increase his investment, but with different terms than we are offering through the crowdfunding campaign. On Wednesday he withdrew his crowdfund investment and is in the process of re-investing double the original amount with us. We expected that this would raise questions within our Wefunder community, but we decided it was prudent to take this offer and increase our total funding.
