So when you guys think you will be ready to go public with this company? in one year, 2 years, 3, or 5 years?

While any statements regarding an exit including my opinions would not be appropriate to state in this forum, I can disclose where we are in the life of a traditional tech company.
-Startup phase (usually funded by founders and prototype products are built): The company was officially organized in April 2016. We exited this phase in March 2017 when we began our Seed phase with Angel investment capital.
-Seed phase (Usually funded by private investment--products are iteratively built, tested, released): vSpatial is still in this phase. Usually, a company exits this phase when revenue is established. Although we have revenue now it is all consumer-based. We consider our target customer to be businesses and enterprises, which will represent by far the Lion's share of revenue--so we have purposefully stayed in this phase with continued funding from certain angel investors (including myself).
-Growth phase (Usually funded initially by private equity investment and later by potential public investment--company grows to expand revenue). I will discuss this in the forthcoming annual update, but suffice it to say that we expect to enter this phase by the end of 2022.
-Shareholder Return phase (Net revenue is established that makes the company an ongoing concern): This is the phase that we are all interested in! It can happen in the growth phase if there is a public offering or if there is an acquisition offer. It could also happen through dividend payments even as a privately-held company.
This was a long response, but the question is very common amongst all of us as shareholders!

Hi,
As an early stage investor via WeFunder, I invested back in 2019. I would like to learn how do you plan on paying back the investors as per the terms stated in the contract. Since the contract is based on purchasing shares:
1. Can we trade shares before IPO?
2. When does vSpatial plan on doing an IPO?
Shares cannot be traded. Our goal is to create value and more than likely be purchased prior to an IPO
Hi John, I apologise for the slow pick up on this? Can I still invest in some shares??
Not currently available
Is this in operation now? Do we receive tax form 1099?
No, you made a stock investment and there will not be anything until we either sell the Company or no longer exist
I've been a firm believer that the future will be dominated by a remote, augmented reality work environment. After the craziness of COVID-19 dies down I forsee many companies looking to invest more quickly in tech/capabilities that allow workers to work from home as a hedge against future situations similar to what is happening today. Have any of your strategies changed to capitalize on this potential trend after the current situation normalizes?
Yes - we are focused on both Oculus users today and enterprise customers seeking options for remote work

With the current outbreak of COVID-19 are you seeing any traction on the VSpatial offering? Any ongoing efforts (realizations?) to capitalize on remote-working opportunities for new clients?
Totally focused on remote workers and we are launching our latest product this evening January 15th -
I invested a small amount, but did not receive any "agreement." Should I have received any notification?
No. We are just now catching up with reporting.
