We will be posting a projected schedule but it should be midway through year 4 with investors seeing their first distributions at the end of that year.  The total project assets will be $40M all with cash flowing contracts prior to breaking ground.

In the Financials section under At-A-Glance (October 30 to December 31), it says you raised $25k in 2020 but didn't you raise over $400K here on Wefunder in 2020?

Scott,  Two things - We has a previous raise for "Viroment Capital"  where we raised over $450K in a debt raise (3-yr debt notes with no equity.  Viroment Capital is the majority shareholder of "Viroment Equity" which is this raise.Viroment "Capital" funded Viroment "Equity" $25,000 to kick off the entity Checking account.I hope that makes sense.
